Purpose:
1. Sodium bicarbonate can be directly used as raw material of pharmaceutical industry to treat excessive gastric acid. It can also be used in film production, tanning, beneficiation, smelting, metal heat treatment, fiber, rubber industry, etc. At the same time, it is used as a detergent for wool and as a seed soaking agent for agriculture.
2. One of the most widely used loosening agents in the food industry, which is used to produce biscuits, pastries, steamed bread, bread, etc., is the generator of carbon dioxide in soft drinks; it can be compounded with alum as basic fermentation powder, or with soda ash as civil stone alkali; it can also be used as butter preservation agent.
