Introduction:
Polyaluminium chloride, or PAC for short, is a cationic polymer flocculant with polyhydroxy and polynuclear complex. The appearance of solid product is light yellow or red yellow powder foam, and its molecule is [Al2 (OH) nCl6-n] m, n ≤ 5 m ≤ 10. Because there are different amount of hydroxyl groups in the molecule, when polyaluminium chloride is added into turbid source water, hydrolysis continues under the pH condition of source water. In the hydrolysis process, a series of physical and chemical processes such as agglomeration, adsorption, precipitation occur, so as to achieve the purification purpose.
Characteristic:
The product is characterized by obvious water purification effect, fast flocculation and sedimentation, wide pH range; low corrosiveness to pipeline equipment, and effective removal of SS, COD, BOD, as, Pb, Hg and other heavy metal ions in water, low cost, high efficiency, small consumption, simple operation, labor and material saving. The product can be widely used in drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment And other fields.
